Black Forest Major Games — a local hybrid competition in the Black Forest, hosted by GymAzo (Steinen). Held at Stadion Grütt in Lörrach (Grüttweg 15). Format: 10 stations, each connected by 400 m running legs on the track. Stations: burpees, farmers carry, lunges, goblet squats, devil press, clean & press, air squats, slam ball throws, bear crawls, overhead carry. Weights and reps vary by gender.
