Format

HYROX Youngstars is the race format for children and teens aged 8–15. The structure mirrors the HYROX adult race (8 runs + 8 stations), but distances and weights are adapted to age and stage of development. The run-loop length is 200–275 m depending on the venue.

There are four age groups, each split into girls and boys (divisions A–H). The decisive factor is the athlete's age on race day.
