METRIX hybrid competition (UK series, "gym meets nightclub" — a competition format with club atmosphere, DJs and a light show). Format: 5 stations × 10 min: Ski Erg, Burpees Over Line, Row Erg, Bike Erg, Shuttle Run + Sled Push. Points for maximum distance or reps per station. Pairs only — partners split the workload freely. Deliberately low-barrier (no high-skill moves), open from first-timers to elite. Prize pool up to £15,000.
